Director of Youth Ministries

Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Charlottesville, Virginia seeks a
part-time (10-15 hours per week) Director of Youth Ministries. As a
member of Aldersgate’s staff, the Director of Youth Ministries works
closely with the lead pastor and the Church’s ministry teams to plan,
implement, support, and advance opportunities for youth (grades 6-12)
and their families to experience Christ and grow in faith and fellowship.
Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree as well as passion
