Rationale:

On August 19-20, 2016 the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants Systems

Plus College Foundation Chapter will have its own Team Building program to create unity and
camaraderie amongst its members (120 members), valuing every moment as they achieve
different goals through fun and exciting games which ponders intellectual ability through use of
different mind games.

Objectives:

To promote leadership and social skills among JPIAns through well-planned recreational
activities.
To implement group work.
To procure camaraderie.
To create unity from 1st to 5th year students.

Intended Learning Outcomes:

Improves communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).

Manage time and resources efficiently.
Understand leadership under pressure.
Learning how to manage change proactively.
