present
Sales Director.

Manging sales of the Preston HMV store. Responsible for achieving the
turnover target, managing the stores sales team, supervising logistics.
Addtionally:
Devising and implementing new sales initiatives (two of them
were implemented in all UK stores in England)
Testing for the whole HMV chain the new sales organisation
Conducting trainings for new hires for HMV salespeople in
Northern & Central England
Contribution to creation of the comprehensive training
programme for salespeople

Assistant Director.
2001-2004

Assisting Manager in daily supervision of the store: preparation of daily


turnover reports, controlling the cash collection, pricing the products,

enhancement measurement tool (advising on functionality

first year the stores turnover in this segment rose by 20%.

exposure. The scope of responsibilities included serving customers
