Equipment:ThermalExpansionDemo(Coppertubes,Stand,
Hoses),Micrometer(dial).

Procedure:Theonlycriticalthinghereistogetthemicrometer
situatedsothatitoperatesproperly.Thedialcanbe
movedtozeroonthemicrometerbeforestartingthe
demo.Hotwatermayberunthroughfromthehot
waterlinebutboilingwaterpouredinthroughafunnel
isprobablymoreeffective.Withthethumbscrewyou
