Joined Modi Xerox as a B2B Sales Account Manager with responsibility of account management. Always
remained amongst the top three account manager nationally and awarded with the best performance
certificates in the 3 year frontline period. Promoted to a Sales Manager to plan, implement, organize,
monitor and control business for all major accounts of Kolkata with a team of 10 account managers
delivering annual revenue of 11 cr. Have been national No 1 sales manager for the year 2001and amongst the
top three for the year 1999 and 2000 with an incredible sales growth of 400% from 1999 to 2001.
Grew to a Business Solutions Manager with responsibility of north and east regions for delivering 25 cr revenue
from high value product sales of colour, digital ,printing systems and engineering solutions handling 13 Product
Sales Managers. Moved as BDM for Delhi and subsequently for Kolkata to develop Channel Sales by implementing
territory coverage program to ensure ROI for the distributors.

The business movement from B2B to B2C has helped improving revenue growth by 200% in the year 2003 and
2004. This helped to grow as Regional Sales Distribution Manager: East & Central : Generated 120cr in sales
revenue by building a talented, action-oriented national distribution network and implemented two tier distribution
strategy while coaching, mentoring , and aligning distributors to people and processes in a hard-core B2B
organisation. Was awarded as the best RSDM for the year 2006. Finally handpicked for a new business
development and major market expansion activity and moved to Corporate office as National Marketing Manager.

March 1995 to April 1996 : Vishal (Drabert) Chairs Ltd., Territory Manager, East.

Virtually worked as sales head for Kolkata and North Eastern States. Successfully launched and positioned the
product in east. The positioning was successful in overcoming the industry's preconceptions about the product and
led to 1.5 crore business during the year.

Oct 1993 to Feb 1995 : Atco Industries Ltd. Kolkata/Mumbai :

Joined in frontline sales in Mumbai selling electronic weighing machines. Transferred to Kolkata as Territory
Manager with man management responsibility. Subsequently was the Branch in charge with end deliverance of 2
crore business annually from B2C Segment.
