Dear Sir / Madam,

Please find attached my CV for the position of HR Manager. Having Masters in Business
Administration and experience of Ten (10) years in International development organization in
diversified HR fields makes me most suitable candidate for this position.

Beside managing and providing strategic input as member of Senior Management Team,
following are few achievements;

Worked on the Policies for the National and International staff in Ukraine and Pakistan.
Worked to improve the KPIs for Ukraine Office and also helped to improve the Data
Quality reports.
Introduced Performance Management Sytems in Ukraine and Liberia
Led team building and wellness initiatives during my international assignments.
Involved the capacity building of HR staff (35 HR staff) in Pakistan Country office, I was
also built capacity for national staff of two main Country offices i.e. Liberia and Ukraine
Revamped the overall benefits for Pakistan Country Office
Responsible for HR Services to more than 1500 staff
Worked as Lead for Terms and condition finalization of Merlin transition to SCI

The foregoing has equipped me with valuable ability and experience in human resource
management and administrative knowledge, ability to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks on time,
ability to participate effectively in a team-based information sharing environment, excellent
analytical, report writing and communication skills. Over the years, having garnered experience
in national / international recruitment, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies,
systems, procedures and practices.

I have a proven ability to work independently, effectively and harmoniously with colleagues
from varied professional and cultural backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills and the ability
to interact tactfully and effectively with beneficiaries and staff in a multi-cultural environment.

I believe that on the strength of my qualification and experience, I am in a good stead to


discharge the tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the advertised opportunities in Human
Resources. Being solution oriented, providing advices on different operational issues within the
policy framework makes me different from other HR professional.
