FOR NIGERIAN BUSINESSES
VOGUEPAY MERCHANT VERIFICATION

I NTRODUCTION

Our Merchant Verification process is structured towards global KYC standards to allow us to grant your
business a trusted status on VoguePay. Certain restrictions are applied to unverified accounts in line with
our security and risk management procedures.
Please see below for the requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Please visit https://voguepay.com/business_registration to fill the online business registration form,

providing us with valid information about your business.
We have created two verification options to make it easy to get your account verified:

1) Verify using *Business Registration Certificate*:

Ensure that your account is funded with the appropriate verification fee
- Nigeria: N1,500
On the https://voguepay.com/business_registration page, click to Register Business as seen in the
image below:

After completing the online form, please upload scanned copies of your documents as follows:
- Utility Bill
- Business Registration Certificate
- Government Issued Means of Identification (This should be a valid Driver's License, International
Passport, National ID Card or Voter's Card)

2) Verify using *Government Issued Means of Identification*
Ensure that your account is funded with the appropriate verification fee
- Nigeria: N2,500

On the https://voguepay.com/business_registration page, click to Register Business as seen in the

image below:
Upload scanned copies of your documents as follows:

- Utility Bill
- Government Issued Means of Identification (This should be a valid Driver's License, International
Passport or Voter's Card)

Please remember that:

1) Business verification may be performed by visiting https://voguepay.com/business_registration.
2) Your VoguePay account should be sufficiently funded with the appropriate verification fee. To fund your
account, please sign into your VoguePay account and visit https://voguepay.com/fund_account.
3) File uploads should be in JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF formats only and should not exceed 500KB.
Please ensure that the details and documents you supply are accurate and up-to-date. Your business
verification request will be reviewed by our quality team before approval. This may take up to 48 hours.
