Footwear Sizing Guide Important: measure the ruler guides above or below to see if the printout is too short or too long. If it is, ensure in the print dialog box that the but-
tons for "shrink oversize pages to paper size" and "expand small pages to paper size" or "fit to page" are NOT selected, and print two copies again.

1. Print two copies of this sheet.
2. IMPORTANT: Measure the ruler guides at the right to ensure proper printout scaling.
3. FOLD the ends of both sheets and TAPE the two dark lines together.
4. Place either heel in the arches against a wall on a hard floor (preferably not carpet) and find your shoe size. Measure both feet
and select the largest. Women: take the guide results and convert to women's size using the table at the bottom of the page.
