Pl. find attached this month???s sales incentive scheme. This scheme is AMP Motor???s
internal scheme. This is a monthly scheme all targets mentioned here are applicable only for the
month of May???17.

This time we are incorporating Incentives of other revenues as well in the same scheme like
Finance Insurance Accessory sales and Used Car incentive scheme as well. This is being done
to ensure that each one of gives 100% attempt to support other team for driving numbers so that
everyone gets rewarded. Will help in building more intro-team synergies and build better
momentum. 

Please note the two special features of this month???s scheme- 

1. if the car is sold at Zero Discount­ 120% of applicable incentive shall be payable if its sold at a Discount of maximum upto
0.5% of ex­showroom price ­ 100% incentive payable and if discount given is over 0.5% then only 50% of qualified sales
incentive on the specific cars sold.
2. Mystery Shopping: if you score over 95% ­ there is a cash reward of Rs. 10000/­

Lets go all out and make maximum out of this.
