Abstract: Benzene homologues-containing waste gas was treated by catalytic combustion with Pt/Pd catalyst.
The catalytic combustion experiment results show that benzene homologues-containing waste can effectively be
oxidized by Pt/Pd catalyst. When inlet temperature of the reactor is 250 and the space velocity is 20 000 h-1,
the removal effect of pollutants can be above 97%, treated gas can meet national emission standards.
