Executive summary

One Solution (Pvt) Ltd is pleased to offer our bid to construct the Wind Power Plant providing 1W to the local
grid of Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology. The design is to be manufactured as efficient and
competent as possible while adhering to all ISO 9001 standards regulations as specified by the consultant.
Materials for the panel car need to be chosen, along with the additional features. We are one of the leading
experts in the field with over 5 years experience in engineering constructions. We have completed over 20
engineering projects island wide with leading consultation companies building a solid reputation in the sector.
We do have the necessary resources, labour, systems and processes in meeting the demands of your requirement
at the required standard and quality that the contract demands. Construction or manufacturing of the body is
supposed to be the most labor-intensive part of the production phase, so it will be done with the help of
professionals One of the major advantage that we bring to the table include us being a local carrier and
providing maintenance or outside repairs that need to be done. We are well aware of the area shops and their
reputations for service and pricing that other suppliers do not have access to.

Scope of work
Our Project involves the following components:
Engagement of consultant.
Construction, installation, commissioning on a turnkey basis, of a 1W wind farm comprising of several
wind turbine generators with individual capacities equivalent to or greater than 1W.
Construction of a switchyard and 2m 12V transmission line from the wind farm switchyard at SLIIT to
the nearest Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management in Malabe.

Body Shape Research

By investigating the websites and designs of other designs that have been already manufactured and in
existence, the research will be conducted by the body shape team.By examining the photos and
specifications of previous designs by many other developing contractors and manufacturers it became
clear of which design elements will suit this project well. This alerted us to the necessity of easily
accessible and replaceable parts, as well as depicting several options for securing the body to the frame
and to itself.
The flow analysis is conducted using designing softwares, and several models and tables were as
follows. It is important to note that while AUTOCAD is very powerful modeling software, the
complicated geometry, the slow computers used to create these models and the teams inexperience with
the software combine to severely limit the modeling process. Therefore, these models are 2D analyses
meant only to represent the general phenomena of design

Overview of Company Safety Program

We are well geared to meet the safety and the liability requirements mentioned under service expectations. We
currently have a company policy manual which covers all the safety aspects expected by your company.

We have a formal safety program and provide documentation indicating safety program content and that
administration of such program is regular, ongoing and participated in by all on site personal.
Insurance requirement of LKR 5000 product liability, 30% general liability will be met with Lotus C&C
named as additional insurance. Insurance provider will have a B+ rating or higher.
All workers have a valid professional social workers A grade license.
Workers, Managers and Supervisors will attend annual safety orientations presented by One Solution
PVT ltd safety coordinator and weekly safety meetings in the One Solution Safety unit.
We will conduct monthly safety training and will document attendance and topic.
We will be responsible to report all safety incidents immediately.
No chemical will be used or stored on One Solution PVT ltd property without specific written approval
by authorize mill personnel.
We will be responsible for liability in cleanup of work site.
All workers will wear their official uniforms at work.
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the premises. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Fire arms and other weapons are not allowed on the premises.
Dispose of all litter in trash cans.
There will be a security officer to observe.

Project Team

The Lotus C&C team has extensive experience in the development of infrastructure and the rehabilitation and
restoration of such constructions. The team features one of Srilankas most accomplished and established
construction firms, and experienced commercial contractor and exception team of professionals in their
respective areas. Many of the team members have worked together on previous projects. Larger in size and
complex in scope.

Applications

These Terms apply to all contracts under taken by the Company.


No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on the company
unless confirmed by the Company in writing.

Payment

o All payments will be carried out in Sri Lankan rupees.


o Payments are to be made to the Company without any deduction or discount other than as stated
in these Terms or in the relevant invoice or statement.
o An initial payment of the cost of goods as stated in the bill of quotation should be paid
o The balance must be paid in full before the commercial operations.
o If the customer fails to make the payments on time, the company may terminate this contract and
keep the deposits.
o Any failure on the part of the Company to deliver installments within any specified time does not
entitle the Customer to repudiate the contract with regard to the balance remaining undelivered.

Title

Legal and beneficial ownership of the construction will not pass to the customer until such time as payments
have been paid in full in cash or cleared funds.

Risk and Insurance

The construction is entirely at the risk of the Customer from the moment of delivery, even though title in the
construction has not passed to the Customer at that time.
The Customer must, at its own expense, maintain the construction and insure them for the benefit of the
Company against theft, breakdown, fire, water and other risks as from the moment of delivery to the customer
and until title has passed to the Customer.

Inspection

Unless the Customer has inspected the construction and given written notice to the Company within 48 hours
after handing over the construction that the relevant standard of quality or any other matter is not achieved, it is
deemed to have been accepted as good order and condition.

Cancellations

No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of the
Company (which is at the Companys sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at the
Companys election, subject to the Company being reimbursed all losses, and paid a cancellation fee (being not
less than 20% of the invoice price of the construction).

Warranty

All constructions are covered by such warranties as are specified by the manufacturer and supplied
subject to the product standards detailed by the manufacturer.
On discovery of any defect in the construction, the Customer must immediately notify the
Company in writing of such defect. The Customer must not carry out any remedial work to alleged defective
constructions without first obtaining the written consent of the Company to do so.

Contract

The terms of the Contract are wholly contained in these Terms and any other writing signed by both
parties. The Contract is deemed to have been made at the Companys place of business where an order was
placed and any cause of action is deemed to have arisen there.

Governing Law

These Terms and the Contract shall be governed by the law of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri
Lanka and the parties submit to the courts of Sri Lanka in respect of any dispute arising.
