How to know the rate of cement bags at site?

Rate at site = Market rate + Loading of cement bags + Unloading of cement bags + Extra
carriage

Lead :- Lead is the distance in km upto which the material is to be carried.

Suppose market rate of 1 bag of cement is Rs. 350
Weight of one bag of cement = 50 Kg
No. of bags in 1 Tonne of cement = 1000/50 =20
Rate of 1 tonne of cement = 20x350 = Rs. 7000

Now market rate of 1 tonne of cement is Rs. 7000.

To know the rate at site we must know the distance upto which the cement bags are to be
carried.
Suppose Lead is 10 Kms.
First we have to calculate the Haulage.
Haulage calculated = 3.54 T.km

Rate per Km per tonne = Haulage X Wt. in tonne

= 3.54 x 1.00 ( Wt. in tonne in case of cement is 1)
Now we have calculated the rate of carriage for 1 km.
If we multiply this rate with the lead well get total rate of carriage.
3.54 x 10 = 35.40
We know the market rate and Rate of carriage now we have to calculate the Loading and
Unloading rate of cement.

Loading and unloading of cement manually = 104.40 Rs.

Now rate of material at site = Market rate+ Loading + Unloading + Extra carriage
= 7000+ 104.40 +104.40 + 35.40 = 7244.20
Rate of one cement bag at site = 7244.20 / 20 = 362.21 Rs
