(240+ acres) calls for a Wal-Mart Super Store measuring 203,819sf, This supercenter development includes a tire & lube facility, gas station,and sites for four 7,000sf. high turnover sit-down Restaurants. another 6,000sf Shopping Center and a 3 lane drive-in Bank. Also include 175 Townhouses and another 15,000sf Shopping Center, Lowes and YMCA plans also include a new arm of Route 74 to be 7 LANES WIDE at a new intersection with Route 15 about a half-mile north of the current intersection.
