Absolutely he should go to prison for the remainder of his life - get these types of people

AWAY FROM OUR CHILDREN!

I'm not understanding why if he was released from employment in December that this is

just being released to the public. I suspect they knew something ...
Jail is really to good for him for what he has done to these children...I don't want my tax

dollar to take care if him in jail.

I don't wanna read anymore on him or see his trifling picture it's truly sad what he did to

those kids
Did he give the kids hiv if so is he being charged with murder for each one
This just gets sicker and sicker. God help the children affected or possibly infected by this

monster.
Why does this report fail to mention his HIV status ?
I want to know why he went from job to job within the board. Was he fired? If so, why?

Did he quit when the well ran dry? If he was fired, why would another school in the

district even consider hiring him?

Remember to resend when those millions out of town for fourth of July are back in case

they have children effected by this sick SOB.

Children's are not safe anymore wth
Death penalty
Thank you for catching this person.....disgusting sick minds....
He should get a life sentence for every child he hurt. He is not fit to be in society ever

again. They should bring the death penalty back!

The CC BOE should all be fired for allowing something like this to happen in our

schools. Clearly they are not doing their jobs, please think before you post a response to

this. They did not directly hire this person, however their job is to over see every aspect

of the school system. They are supposed to make and enforce rules and procedures that

prevent things like this from happening in the first place. Sadly they don't or can't get the
job done, they need to go and go now. I spent some time looking back through CC history

and this is not the first time a incident like this has happened here.
I like to know why ccso was so quick to make press announcements and send emails

about Carlos Bell and his charges but never did the same regarding the Teacher at Lackey

Mr. Wells who did the same thing last year. Both are wrong but seems like a clear cut

case of black and white. I think we all deserve explanations of why one case was highly

exposed and the other was not when they both did the same thing, even though one may

be more heinous than the other, they both should of gotten same exposure since The black

one did Mr .Bell and his incident happened after Mr. Wells. Charles county sheriff's

office please enlighten us

The fact that nothing was done, no phones looked at for months is inexcusable! Damn

shame and heads need to roll and the first one should be Charles Bell, the perpetrator.

He does not deserve to live. Unprotected sex with minors and HIV positive! WTH?
The police department bears a grave responsibility here. They took the phone in

December, and are just now finding the videos? Unconscionable!!!! How many more

innocent children were molested in that time frame, while police sat on the evidence?

Heads should roll.

The cops do their job and lock them up. The courts (Judge Harrington) let them back

out with a "You better be good."

Why did it take so long to let people know about this. I understand he was dismissed

from school 7 months ago

SORRY FOR LONG MESSAGE IN ADVANCE...as well as any grammatical errors due
to time constraints
I want everyone to know I am speaking as a PARENT and EDUCATOR and rarely
engage in commentary via FB or social media....but this hit close to home. My wife and I
recall seeing this name and face (I will not mention) and it hit when we read an email
from CC Govt a couple of moments ago. It mention (before/aftercare) AlphaBest and our
son use to be in AlphaBest and during that time this person was an employee. We needed
confirmation and because my son is very good with recalling names we asked him who
was the male (never had a been a male at the AlphaBest location my son attended for 4
years); he said the person's name. Fortunately our son does not recall anything out of the
ordinary but that does not negate the fact that unspeakable and disheartening acts have
occurred by this person.
Now, let me respectfully inform some now......I am not on here to politicize anything but
rather to relay my personal feelings as all citizens should be concerned, angry, sad, or
whatever emotion warranted because they have that right. I am not on here to say what
should have or should have not been done by whomever because that is not going to
solve the problem nor bring any comfort to the victims and their families. Lastly, I am not
on here to debate with anyone because it will be counterproductive and FB is not the
forum...that simple.
I would rather just offer solutions as a PARENT and EDUCATOR with the hope that the
community can heal and learn from this.
There are numerous school systems' that do an excellent job with teaching students about
Sexual Assault of all kinds. Many, in response to recent cases in variety of school
systems, have taken a proactive approach and provide professional school counselors
within the health and social studies classes to further address sexual assault, coercion and
other forms of sexual offenses. They get very specific and and discuss the "how to go
about" reporting abuse to school officials, parents and police. Now, nothing is 100%
guaranteed and no one can prevent these horrific acts but at least the mechanisms and
safeguards should be in place to reduce them. My opinion, CCPS is very behind in its
comprehensive health education program.
As a parent and a mentor of CCPS students, I have found CCPS health curriculum lacks
the necessary health-based skills such as resistance, conflict resolution, assertiveness vs
aggressiveness, accessing health information, (organizations to go to without parent
consent for possible STDs, suicide, domestic/dating violence, rape, etc.) .
Basically CCPS health curriculum, as described by many secondary students I have
mentored and regularly speak with learn vocabulary, use a textbook to fill out worksheets
vs interactive conversations between instructor/student and/or student/student. In
addition, the opportunity to practice health-based skills such as the power of saying no, or
reporting bullying to name a few.
Some have this notion that "it won't happen here, not in my town". It happens everyday in
homes, churches and even schools and it is HAPPENING RIGHT NOW TO SOME
CHILD AS YOU ARE READING THIS. We can do better but not just when things are
bad but also improve on the good things in our community.
Hence, you are part of the solution or part of the problem
In closing, we cannot protect children when we keep them in the dark. Please talk with
AND listen to your kids and continue to pray for the victims and their families.
