A was a driver working at site with a diploma qualification.

He had a good work history and the


company decided to hire him as an inspector of work on a contract basis. He did a good job in the
beginning but his behaviour is becoming increasingly problematic. He always absent from site
without getting the approval from his superior and never submit the leave form after getting back to
work. His superior report the situation to me and the HR department and request me to talk to A.
