CFW LUMA 6.

6 [ 0b16d88 ]
Made it possible to use arm9loaderhax.bin from CTRNAND with the SD inserted
(DS/DSi/GBA/extended memory games will now work).
Fixed the New 3DS CPU patch affecting titles which already make use of the higher
CPU clock and L2 cache (New 3DS exclusive titles and others like Smash Bros and
Pokemon S/M). If "Clock" or "L2" are selected, these titles will now retain their
normal (Clock + L2) setting.
Increased the compatibility of region/language emulation, some rare titles are now
working.
Added support for zerokey-encrypted NCCHs to NAND and SD card. This makes it
possible to use some old, Gateway-era CIAs.
If the UNITINFO developer option is checked, you will be able to install CIAs
encrypted with the developer 0x3D normalkey (such as the SDK ones). This will also
make retail-encrypted CIAs fail to install (all already installed titles will keep
working in both cases).
Improved support for development units (thanks to @SciresM), 9.5+ FIRMs can now be
regularly booted, 7.x+ ones can be booted from 4.x, and the system updaters won't
overwrite A9LH.
Fixed support for system versions 7.x and lower.
Fixed bugs in the exception handlers.

Decrypt9WIP [ 20170115-230509 ]
A quick release to prevent two rather improbable but nonetheless possible brick
causes in the CTRNAND transfer feature. Other than that, the last release was 2
months ago, so there are more goodies:

CTRNAND transfer: stricter checks for free space on SD card

CTRNAND transfer: Stop on all errors and output failure
Feature descriptions in-software, thanks to @Wolfvak (code) and @ihaveamac
(descriptions)
AK2i flashcard handling, thanks to @Normmatt and @d3m3villur
NDS cartridge savegame flashing, thanks to @dark_samus
Support for KOR N3DS Health and Safety
Improved cancellation handling (again)
Various smaller bugfixes and improvements
Devs, if you can lend a hand: As you see we've got NDS (NTR+TWL) cart savegame
flashing now, but we're missing NDS cart savegame dumping and 3DS cart savegame
dumping / flashing. All of this should be possible via the NTRCARD registers, but
the D9 code is still missing support for 3DS type eeprom chips.

Also: thanks a ton to everyone involved in this release!

Hourglass9 1.40 [ 20170115-232114 ]

A quick release to accompany todays Decrypt9WIP release. This is new:

Feature descriptions in-software, thanks to @Wolfvak (code) and @ihaveamac

(descriptions)
Support for KOR N3DS Health and Safety, thanks to @d3m3vilurr
Improved cancellation handling
Various smaller bugfixes and improvements, taken over from D9
Have fun!

SafeA9LH 2.6.7 [ 20161206-c77746f ]

Try something else as a new OTPless brick has been reported.
Changed OTPless installation method to check if it helps with the rare bricks.
(2.6.6) The installer will now backup and restore the existing arm9loaderhax.bin
automatically.
Added support for development units (SNAKE is still untested). Thanks to everyone
involved in dumping the keys.
Attempt again to fix the rare OTPless bricks by adding delays when using the MCU,
and moving the screen init after the OTPless install completes.
Made it possible to load 10.4 FIRM from SD when uninstalling on a 11.2 NAND.
(2.6.4) Also moved ARM11 init to the end of the install. If your OTPless install
succeeds (you don't brick) after you forcefully shutdown, and you never see the
screens coming back up saying it was successful and asking you to shutdown, please
report this here on GitHub or GBATemp.
Try to fix the rare OTPless bricks by using ITCM instead of ARM9 mem

FBI 2.4.7
Fix URL payloads received over the network being corrupted due to not having enough
space for a null terminating character in the buffer.
Remove kernel exploits and switch to new kernel backdoor method. fasthax or waithax
must now be run before launching the 3DSX version of FBI.
Replace homebrew startup logo with a custom logo made by PabloMK7.
servefiles: Add optional host IP argument to override the default IP address
resolution method.
