1 Fire paint pending due to which insulation is also not done on fire duct.
Pipe sleeves provided but not inserted in the cross-sectional area of wall
2 i.e in cut out & proper insulation of pipe not done.

3 Spacers not removed in some ECS fans even after provided thrust
arrestors
Insulation need to be repaired on plenum duct

5 Supports not provided on drain pipes,need to be provided.
Rigid support structure found tightened with nut bolt arrangement instead

7 Insulation need to be repaired on SA duct
8 Insulation is still pending since long time on AHU pipe connections
9 Straps not tightened on insulation duct.
10 Extra support not provided on pipe instead of lots of instruction
11 CPM panel need to be grouted
12 U clamps not provided on maximum areas of pipe supports
13 Poor welding observed on vertical pipe support of all pumps
Cleat marks not grinded and need to make smooth on all pipes joints of
14 pump connection

15 Washers missing at maximum places in flexible bellow arrangement

16 Extra support not provided on drain pipe instead of lots of instruction
Sleeves provided outside the wall instead of providing it inside the wall

Small sized threaded rod need to be replaced with adequate sized

Welded joints and cut edges of all pipe & duct supports need to be painted

with zinc rich paint permanent civil made support.
Permanent civil made pipe support need to be provided at condensor
