SUBJECT: Narcotic Arrest in the PD

SYNOPSIS OF INCIDENT:
On 7/23/17, at 0200 hours, Officer Dudley had finished his shift and was walking to his personal vehicle
after exiting the Police Department. While walking to his vehicle, he was approached by the two suspects
that told him that they wanted to "Buy coke" and asked if he would sell them some. They then told him that
they would need to go to an ATM to retrieve the cash. Officer Dudley pointed out that there was an ATM
inside of the front lobby of the Police Department. The suspects then went into the Police Department to
retrieve $60 to pay the Officer for cocaine. Once inside, Officer Dudley notified the Teleserve officer who
assisted in arresting both suspects and tagged the $60 as evidence without incident.
