The World Fastest car “Dynamic”
In this modern age everybody wants a best and highest benefit of any product. So as a customer
view I want to survive my global customer with this product and my product is “Fastest Car” of
the world.

1. Executive Summary: Fastest means highest. And the main summary of my product is
serve people or customer at fastest position. Yes. I am talking about my new product
fastest car in the world.

2. Situation Analysis: In the part of situation analysis have some important point. They
are –

a. Market description : Market description related with this area :-

Market summary:

Target market: The target marketer of my product is those customers who are
wanted to save his/her time in road communication. It depends on the demand of the
product.

Market growth: Market growth totally depends on the demand of product. If the
Customer demand is high then the market growth will be high and if the
Demand is low the market growth is low.

In the market description have some more point like as market Demographics,
market geography, market trends etc.

b. Review of product : In this point of view I am briefly shown of my product


sales, prices and the gross margin in the below:

Sales: If my product sales will be increase slowly then I will be control my


production. And now my target is first two years I will try to fixed my sales near about
$ 5, 00, 00,000 dollar.
Price: My product is only a single product. It has only one model but it has some
different colors. So at the fast time the market price of my product will be not more
than $10,000 dollar. Its few costly product but not so much expensive. Its few costly
product because it is a fastest car and the materials of this car is highest and latest
material.

The part of the engine is it and is unavailable in the world, even only my company
has to ability to produce this rear Suspension:
And I think it is the world speediest suspension in the world.

c. A review of competition: In this global market have lots of competitors and


they assess their market position. The most competitor of this global market in Car
site Corolla , Allion and Mazda. They have lots of super car product but they don’t
fastest car. So I think my so nearest competitor is Formula 1 and Ferrari car
company.

3. SWOT Analysis : The SWOT means S = Strengths, W = Weakness, O =


Opportunities, T = Threats.

In the case of SWOT analysis in my product have some different ideas fell the customer
and user. They are briefly discus in the below:

Opportunities: The main opportunities of this fastest car is to reach the destination in time,

Threats: Comparatively this car has no threat.

4. Objective Of the plan: The main objective of my product plan is good quality and
decrease the customer road communication time. Because the companies target is buildup
the market position with the supply of best quality full fastest car product.

5. Marketing strategy: Every company has followed some marketing strategy. So also my
company product has some marketing strategy.

Mission: The mission of my product is creating the best car transport position in
the world market.

Target marketers: The target marketers are some global are side like as European
customer and south Asian customer.

Marketing Mix: Here the marketing mix means the products price, promotion,
place etc.

6. Action Programs : The action program of my product is –

What will be done: Here what will be done means the fastest car for which purpose
it will upcoming? And what will be doing? My product is coming for reduce the longest road
communication time.

Who is responsible for doing it: It’s my product. So it is my responsibility


To doing every type of product related work.

How much will be cost: It’s a world wide global product and it is now analyzing
step. So first time it will be few cost able but not highly expensive.

7. Controls: The product have some controlling power. They are –

b. Then it measures its performance in the market place.
c. Evaluate the causes of any difference between expected and actual performance.
