011 Tort de lamaie in alb si rosu

Ingredientele mele:

Blat:
* 500+ gr faina, (+ inseamna inca atata faina cat sa nu mai fie foarte lipicios aluatul. n-am mai cantarit
am pus vreo 4 linguri cu varf in timp ce framantam)
* 1 pliculet praf de copt,
* 150 gr zahar pudra,
* 2 pliculete zahar vanilat,
* un strop de sare,
* coaja rasa de la 2 lamaii,
* 3 oua,
* 300 gr unt

Crema:
* coaja rasa de la 2 lamai,
* 150 ml suc de lamaie,
* 175 gr zahar,
* un zahar vanilat
* 2 linguri faina (io nu folosesc amidon)
* 3 oua
* 200 g unt la temperatura camerei

Glazura:
* 225 gr zahar pudra
* 4-5 linguri suc de lamaie
* 1-2 pliculete tort gelee rosu (preparat conform instructiunilor de pe plic)

~ ingredientele pentru blat: le-am amestecat si am framatat un aluat.


~ aluatul a fost foaaaarte lipicios, asa ca am mai adaugat vreo 4 linguri (cu varf) de faina. astfel am reusit
sa desprind alauatul de pe mana si de pe marginea ligheanului.
~ intr-un tarziu si io si aluatul bucurosi ca am reusit
~ ingredientele pentru crema
- am amestecat coaja si sucul de lamaie, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, esenta de vanilie si faina si am pus pe
foc mic pana cand s-a topit zaharul. Atunci am luat de pe foc si am adaugat pe rand cele 3 oua,
amestecand crema dupa fiecare ou. Am pus inapoi pe foc mic, amestecand in continuu pana cand s-a
ingorsat. Am lasat crema sa se raceasca. Apoi am adaugat untul moale la temperatura camerei si am
amestecat cu mixerul cateva minute.
~ in timpul fierberii
~ crema racita si mixata cu 200 g unt
~ aluatul impartit in 6 parti
- aluatul a stat in frigider vreo 40 de min si tot era prea moale pt a-l putea intinde, asa ca l-am bagat vreo
15 min in congelator. apoi l-am impartit in 6 bucati aproximativ egale.
- dintr-o bucata am decupat stelute, pe care le-am copt timp de 15 min la foc mediu.
- celelalte 5 bucati le-am intins, le-am dat o forma rotunda si le-am copt la foc mediu spre mic, timp de
20-25 min (depinde de cuptor, verificati sa nu se arda cum am patit io cu una din foi)
~ tava cu stelute pe care nu le-am folosit pt decor ca in reteta originala ci le-am mancat :D
~ primul blat asteapta cuminte sa ajunga in cuptor

~ rebut :isterie: mi-e rusine, dar ce sa fac, se mai intampla. daca am stat cu ochii pe forum :doh: :)))
~ 4 blaturi si crema pregatite pt umplut

~ no, it' not! urmeaza decoratul :D am preparat 3 plicuri de tort gelee rosu dupa cum scrie pe plic si am
turnat intr-o tava tapetata cu folie alimentara
[i]* Observatii: trebuia sa folosesc o tava mai mica si sa fac doar 1 plic (maxim 2) de tort gelee.[/i]

~ ingrediente pentru glazura: am amestecat pana cand s-a topit zaharul si am obtinut o glazura fina.
~ tortul a lenevit putin la soare pana cand s-a intarit gelatina in frigider
~ tortul glazurat
~ gelatina intarita am decupat-o cu forme de fursecuri
Observatii:
1. crema e extraordinar de buna! are o aroma pe care n-am cum s-o gasesc in nici o crema la plic, la fel si
glazura!
2. glazura e prea acra. cred ca merge 2 linguri zeama de lamaie + 2 linguri de apa.
3. crema e cam acra, desi mie imi place acru. data viitoare am sa pun mai multa coaja de lamaie si ceva
mai putina zeama.
4. crema mi-a ajuns pt 4 blaturi. data viitoare am sa fac tot 4 blaturi la cantitatea asta de crema sau 6
blaturi si mai multa crema.
5. 1-2 pliculete de tort gelee si o tava mai mica erau suficiente. mi-a ramas o cutie de margarina plina cu
gelatina rosie.

~ ingredientele pentru crema<br />
- am amestecat coaja si sucul de lamaie, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, esenta de vanilie si faina si am pus pe
foc mic pana cand s-a topit zaharul. Atunci am luat de pe foc si am adaugat pe rand cele 3 oua,
amestecand crema dupa fiecare ou. Am pus inapoi pe foc mic, amestecand in continuu pana cand s-a
ingorsat. Am lasat crema sa se raceasca. Apoi am adaugat untul moale la temperatura camerei si am
amestecat cu mixerul cateva minute.<br />
