1. For the rent of the Crawler Bulldozer, 2 Lac Taka Advanced

would be provided. Requested to submit invoice for the
advanced payment.
2. For the rent of the Crawler Bulldozer, Payment would be
done each month for maximum 3 months. Vendor must
finish the earth filling job within 60 days. If the Crawler is
required for more than 3 months due to the latency of the
vendor, vendor would carry every cost of the crawler until
the filling and compaction is achieved.
3. Until compaction and final measurement, BDT 1000 would be
paid for each truck regardless of its measurement.
4. Minimum invoice amount would be BDT 5,00,000 Lac
5. For each week, at least 1200 Nos. of truck of soil should be
filled in the field. In case of the slow filling rate, employer
may impose liquidity damage if PGCB/SIEMENS make
liquidity damage to them.
6. This Purchase order is valid for 8 months. In any case, the
unit price of the items would not change within this time.
7. All the local issues would be taken care by the vendor.
8. The employer would provide the water supply for the soil
compaction.
