Description/Photograph

Jeremiah played at the sensory table with sand independently. He poured sand in and out of a measuring cup. He held
the measuring cup with his left hand and scraped the sand toward him with a play shovel and scooped it up and poured
it in another cup. Another child walked over to the sand table and joined Jeremiah and he passed her one of his
measuring cups to use.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah was at the table for lunch time and he picked up his cheeseburger with both his hands and bit into it. Jeremiah
chewed it and swallowed it and then put his cheeseburger back down on his plate. Jeremiah took the top bun off and
looked at it and said, It has cheese, I like hamburgers. Jeremiah put his pointer finger and thumb and pulled the
cheese off of his burger. Then he put his top bun back on and bit into the hamburger.

Description/Photograph:

During transition from small group to outdoor time Jeremiah marched over to his cubby to change his shoes. Jeremiah
sat on the floor and put his right knee up and put on his right shoe and then the same with the left leg. Jeremiah said,
Ms. Tammi, these are my outside shoes I can get them dirty. Then Jeremiah looked at me and said Can you tie my
shoe.

Description/Photograph:

During outside play Jeremiah drew with colored sidewalk chalk. Jeremiah picked up a green chalk and drew a straight
line on the sidewalk with his right hand, holding the chalk in a fist position and then he placed it down and picked up a
blue chalk and drew another line next to the green line. Jeremiah said, Look Im making patterns.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah was given blue paper, green tissue paper and sand paper during craft time. Jeremiah held up a piece of
green tissue paper and said, Is this a frog? After talking about ponds in circle time.

Jeremiah was sitting between two friends when the friend to his left was trying to hand a toy to his friend on the right of
him. Jeremiah tapped the friend on the right and pointed to the toy, he then grabbed the toy and said, and Here Myah
give this to you.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah was playing with brown play dough and he began to roll the playdough between both hands until it became
long. Jeremiah then sat it on the table and began to roll it between the right one hand and the table. When he was done
he said, Look its a worm.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah was sitting at the manipulatives table when he picked up a twelve piece puzzle and sat it in front of him.
Jeremiah then picked up the puzzle board with both hands and flipped the board over. Jeremiah then picked up one
piece of the puzzle at a time and placed it back in its spot. He did this with each piece. When Jeremiah was done, he
placed the puzzle in the bucket but all the pieces fell off the board. Jeremiahs friend helped him pick up the pieces.
Jeremiah said, Thanks.

Description/Photograph:

Jeremiah was at the manipulatives table with the alpha pops and connected them together one by one according to
color/letter. When Jeremiah completed the alpha pops he laid them on the table and walked away and played with a
friend.
