EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

OF THE LATE SPOUSES JUSTINO LIBARNES AND
JOSEFITA R. LIBARNES WITH SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Extra-judicial settlement of the Estate of the late spouses Justino Libarnes and
Josefita R. Libarnes with Sale, executed by and among-

JANE LIBARNES FRANCISCO, of legal age, married and resident of Sapang Palay,
del Monte, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

FLORENCE LIBARNES GALVE, of legal age, married and resident of Poblacion
Mainit, Surigao del Norte, hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

VICKY LIBARNES MOSTER, of legal age, married and resident of Caloocan City,
Metro Manila, hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

XERXES R. LIBARNES, of legal age, married anf resident of Imus, Cavite, hereinafter
referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

BETSY LIBARNES MEDINA, of legal age, married and resident of Caloocan City,
Metro Manila, hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

BILARDO R. LIBARNES, of legal age, married and resident of Damariñas, Cavite,
hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor;

SHIRLEY LIBARNES OCAMPO, of legal age, married and resident of Baguio City,
hereinafter referred to as Heir-adjudicatee and Co-vendor-

WITNESSETH

That the herein heirs are the only legitimate children of the late spouses Justino Libarnes
and Josefita Rivero Libarnes, who both died intestate on December 3, 1974 and June 14, 2005,
repectively, in Mainit, Surigao del Norte;

That at the time of their death, the decedent spouses left a certain property, their conjugal
property located at Barangay Poblacion Quezon, Mainit, Surigao del Norte, more particularly
describe as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1936 and Assessor’s Lot No. 013, Case 1, Pls-898),
located in Barangay Poblacion Quezon, Mainit, Surigao del Norte, declared for taxation
under Tax Declaration No. 13-14-0200259 in the name of Justino Libarnes, containing an
area of Two Hundred Twenty (220) square meters and bounded as follows: North, by Lot
No. 1957; South, by Lot 3020-1007, 3016/SEC 25-00; East, by Mosende St.; and West,
by Lot No. 1935;”

That as far as known to the herein heirs, the decedent left, left no debts chargeable against
their estate and that this settlement does not include their personal properties;

That the herein heirs being all of legal age, it is to their best interest if above described
property of the decedent spouses will be divided and adjudicated to them pursuant to the law on
intestacy;

That a copy of this Extra-judicial settlement has been published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the Province of Surigao del Norte and City of Surigao once and week for three (3)
consecutive weeks at the expense of the herein heirs;
