UPDATE
The Court entered an Order granting Final Approval of the Settlement on September 11, 2014,
and entered Final Judgment on September 15, 2014. Two appeals concerning the Settlement
were pending until they were voluntarily dismissed in October. The Settlement became finally
effective on October 30, 2014. The Settlement Administrator is presently going through the many
claims that were submitted by Settlement Class Members, and will be notifying you and Class
Counsel if there is a problem with your claim. Otherwise, we anticipate that you will receive
information concerning the status of your Settlement benefits or how to claim them in December
and January.

manufactured by Electrolux in Webster City, Iowa between January 1, 2002 and December 31,

Electrolux-brand home appliance or product; and/or
