Here is a sim ple t ut orial t hat shows one m et hod of const ruct ing a bicycle wheel.

Tools used in t his exercise
This t ut orial uses only five t ools: t he Cir cle Cent er and Point t ool, t he Point t ool,
t he Radial Copy t ool, t he Linear Copy t ool, and t he 3D Polyline t ool.
