Ketu

As per BPHS karaka & karkamsha chapter Ketu is karaka of scratching, spearing and spreader dreadful
disease; skin disease is also reined by Ketu, so well pain, hunger and thirst.
In the same chapter at next level Ketu is said as mukti karaka.

Ketu is referred to as headless henceforth no limb allotted can be construed or something above logic &
legitimacy experience by soul is governed by Ketu. It can also be construed Ketu as perpetual pain, thirst, and
hunger and prone to dreadful disease; anything that is communicated thru head i.e. vision, speaking, and
hearing etc is obstructed in any way if Ketu intervene

Being headless Ketu does not have vision but BPHS said that Ketu [Rahu also] has aspect see the following
verse BPHS Khemraj Mumbai Hindi edition P-I, Ch-12 of Upapada, Shlk-46-51-52; Varanashi Hindi edition P-I, Ch-
14 of Upapada, Shlk- 43/44;

Oh! Brahman if 2H from lord of 7 from Up-pada Lagna [UL] is posited or aspected by Ketu [having 9/5 or 1/7 yoga of
nodal axis] the child will stammer or speak with break in between.

From Up-pada Lagna, if 2H from 7HL is posited by Rahu or Ketu then the native will be stammering or dump; or there will
be ailment due to wind in the body. If malefic is there, native may have projected or big teeth.

But R Santhanam edition Delhi says position of Ketu in 2H from 7L and no aspect referred to;
To take the aspect of nodes is prudent approach in my view of course its a question of ones choice as it is
debatable to many scholars .

See the following chart of UL and 7L is Venus and Venus being 12th to UL its 2H has nodal axis and native is stammering

7H & 7L is wife and opposite to it is self body i.e. 1H and 2H to it is taken as face-speech etc or is itself
opposite to natural speech-hearing etc and Ketu being headless may adversely impact the speech-hearing
Now two things here benefice or malefic planet there may make any difference??? No malefic and benefic has
other impact here malefic there may give projected teeth or ugly look is said but benefice cannot resist the
impact?

According to BPHS speech karaka is Mercury and Jupiter, intelligence and wisdom is also governed by both
but Ketu adversely impact these as said here but yes Ketu is also headless and may give intuition, spiritual
power / experience, spirit experience, phantasm of imagination etc but may adversely impact the hearing aid,
speech, brain application, vision etc connected to head.

Rahu is high probability karaka as said in karkamsha chapter of BPHS and Ketu is spiritual experience /
power so both are if strong and gained the highest degree the native may master the prediction part of Vedic
Jyotisha
