Fee: Fee of Rs. 9900i- (Rs. Nine Thousand Nine Hundred only) per participant per
day plus applicable service tax will be payable to ASCI, Hyderabad for six days
residential workshop. Fee shall cover the boarding/lodging facilitl, on single occllpancv
basis, course material and pick up/drop facility for participants during arrival & departure
lor the workshop.

Payment of fee shall be made through Demand Draft in favour of "{dministrative StalT
College of India" payable at Hyderabad. DD Charges shali be bome by PSPCL. The
expenditure will be charged to Account Head76.151 of CE/HRD. PSPCL. Patiala.

The Institute shall supply invoiceibill along with following documents:

ii) PAN along with proof of PAN
iii) Bills in triplicate

The trainee officer will submit report (two copies) of the program mentioning thcir
respective Employee Code/Posting Station, within 7 days to CE/HRD. They will also
inform CE/IT and Joint Secretary/Services-I, PSPCL, Patiala regarding their
participation in the Program who will make necessary entries in his Computerization
service record in this regard. Their TA claims shall be allowed by their respeclive

above officers will not attend this workshop and intimate this office imrnediately if:
i) His date of retirement is less than one year of retirement from the date of start of
workshop. or
ii) He has attended the same training earlier also.

conference etc. in the FY 2016-17.
