Tenants PAC strongly supports EDE FOX, who is challenging incumbent Laurie Cumbo. Ms. Cumbo
has been weak in opposing inappropriate development, and her very late opposition to the mayors
proposal to develop the Bedford Union Armory site as a mix of luxury and affordable housing has left
many of her constituents suspicious of her sincerity. Ede Fox stands with the community residents who
are demanding that the Armory be 100 percent affordable housing after all, this is city-owned land,
not owned by a private developer who can decide on its use.

(Weekdays, take the no. 2 train to Nostrand, or no. 3 train to President. The 2/3 are not running on
weekends, but the 4/5 lines run local; take the no. 4 train to Nostrand or no. 5 train to President. The
Nostrand stop is a block & a half north of the campaign office; the President stop is just south of the
campaign office, right on the corner of the block.)
