The healthcare industry has been something that has been somewhat of an interest of mine.

It is a
highly complex and interesting structure where many different stakeholders interact with one
another and it spans across many different sectors.

The main reason why I chose to pursue this class is due to how the Healthcare industry is constantly
evolving with time, and I wish to diversify my knowledge but taking a JS in this topic.

As a Chemical Engineer-to-be, Energy Systems has been a constant interest of mine. Taking a JS in
this topic would allow me to broaden my horizons.

Sustainability has an overlapping theme with that of the environment. As a future Chemical
Engineer, this topic broadens my perspective on the impact of our everyday actions on the
environment.

A highly interesting topic which I wish to learn more about. Food is a really complicated theme which
involves many different stakeholders and is something we consume on a daily basis. These highly
