Socio Economic Aspect

Every business has the primary purpose of obtaining profit from their economic
endeavors. Despite this, they cannot go away with the fact that they operate in social
environment. This aspect discusses in sufficient detail the responsibilities and relationship of the
business towards the society within which it operates.

Community

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 3.4 million people die
annually from water-related diseases. About a million Fillipinos get sick with water-borne
diseases yearly. And these are diarrhea cases alone. They don't include other water-borne disease
like amoebiasis, cryptosporidiosis and cholera. These problems are accredited to the poor water
system in the Philippines.
A solution has appeared by providing clean water to our customers in Matimbubong San
Ildenfoso bulacan. The people in the area can get enough water everytime they need it also they
can assured of a clean water from our water refilling station. Water Refilling Stations filtered the
water supply. We make sure that it won't harm or poison our customers. We offer delivery so it
will be easy for them to talk to us to ask for water supply all the time.Its a refilling station so that
the gallon containers will not be waste we just recycle it through filtering again. So it's Eco-
Friendly.

Employees

Employing the right personnel to do the necessary job is the one key to a prolific
operation. The company, therefore, values its employees.

We will make sure that our employees they will be given just compensation, will enjoy
the security of tenure and that their rights as employee will be given importance. Our
management is also committed to maintain a healthy working environment for our subordinates.
We will ensure an ideal working environment for our employees. It will ascertain clean
surroundings, adequate lighting, space and ventilations so as to prevent any harm or illness
happen to the employees. It will also store some medications or first aid kit, in case the
employees suffer any harm or illness. Employee shall also access to potable water and clean
bathroom. We also ensure the job security of our employee we believes that the experience
developed during their service is irreplaceable. With this in mind, the employees may rest assured that
the company will do its best to show its appreciation for the employees loyalty and dedication.
