The table shows the information of the Alcohol-Related Death in 7 developed countries in
2005. And it also gives the information about how many liters were consumed per capita in
each country.

In 2005, about 5000 people have been lost their live because of Alcohol in Lithuania, Ireland,
Czech Republic, Canada, Estonia, Germany and Austria. The most occurred countries are
Czech Republic (total 1.369 million people), Germany (total 1.185 million people) and
Austria (total 913000 people), while in Canada and Ireland about 580000 people were died
with same reason. The comparison of total amount of alcohol related death of Lithuania with
those countries is small, but it is still a large number of death.

According to the survey, the quote of men are predominated who have been died because of
higher alcohol consume than women. Similarly, in the average about 6 times more men were
died than women in Canada (505000 men vs 75000 women), in Estonia (332000 men vs 51000
women) and in Austria (783000 men vs 130 women), while in other countries the amount of
the proportions of men and women were from 2 up to 4.9 times more.
