The contents of the CD are organized into four folders.

SGeMS Software
This folder contains the SGeMS source code and a Microsoft Windows exe-
cutable.
A third file, called sgemsbook.py, is necessary to run the Python scripts
of the CD. It must be placed in a directory searched by Python (for ex-
ample the directory from which SGeMS is started, typically C:/Program
Files/SGeMS). Edit this file to set the value of variable path : path should
point to the location where the CD content is installed, for example D:/

DataSets
This folder contains all the datasets used in the book.
Subfolder DataSets with runs has the same datasets, with the results of
all geostatistics runs.

Tutorial
This folder contains the data, parameter files and scripts used in the tutorial
of Chapter 2.

Parameter Files
This folder contains all the parameter files necessary to repeat the runs of the
book. Each subfolder corresponds to a chapter of the book, and the readme

files indicate which dataset should be loaded before repeating each run.
