Fuly performance tested for efficiency in VOKES laboratories to BS 6540 Pt (EUROVENT 4/5, ASHRAE 52-76) and confirmed by the results of independent test authonties, they are graded EU8-EUS within their respective Rated Air Flow Range. Univee 3 bag fiers are designed for use inair handling units and ait conditioning systems which have separate presfilters or where multayer type bags are not suitable. CONSTRUCTION Each bag is manufactured from a layer of media to the specified ftration performance and a backing material, The first provides fine filtration, while the second prevents fibre migration. The Univee 3 pocket is designed forthe efficient flow of ar through the pocket, providing minimal resistance, while optimising the dust holding capacity. This is achieved by usinga specially designed stitching pattern which contrals the inflation ofthe pocket, maximises the media are ‘exposed to the air low and ensures an even dust loading, To avoid the risk of leakage, the stitching patter across the pocket is sealed with an adhesive and particular care is gen to the over ledge stitching, Each pocket is attached toa supporting f which is held to adjacent pockets with loki strips.
