Please take note should any modifications being made to the original design on any critical Equipment, the OEM must specify with a valid letter that the modifications
are acceptable and will not impede on the safe operation of the equipment. All Critical equipment must have proof of Tagging with a Checklist.

If any contractor hires critical equipment in for use, these equipment must be listed and be inspected for tagging by an appointed XASA person. For the duration of the
work this list must be updated and kept in the Contractor Pack until all work has been completed. Once the equipment is removed from site only then can the equipment
list be updated again.

Examples of Critical Equipment:- Mandatory Logbooks:-

Electrical Extensions, Scaffolding and Ladders,
Portable Electrical Equipment and Tools, Oxy/Acetylene Equipment,
Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment and Tools, Slings (Chain, Wire and Nylon) and Rigging Hardware,
Lifting, Hoisting, Cranage and Rigging Equipment, Fire Fighting Equipment
Scaffolding and Ladders, Substations,
Welding and Gas Cutting Equipment, Chain Blocks and Turfers,
Safety Harnesses, etc. Compressors
Safety Harnesses, etc.
