CORPORATE PROFILE
With a Ph.D from John Hopkins University, Prof. Khan is currently a Professor Emeritus in Mechanical
Engineering at University of Maryland, Baltimore and handles the US operations of DreamUny
Education.
Rehana is a knowledge management specialist with more than 10 years experience in the global
professional services industry.In her last role at KPMG, she was a member of the Global Markets
offshore leadership team. Currently based out of London, Rehana handles the European operations of
DreamUny Education.
Areeb is an IIM Calcutta alumnus and has worked across different domains such as IT Services,
Technology Consulting, Web 2.0 and KPO domains in different cities across the US and Europe. He has
around 12 years of training experience and has over the years successfully groomed engineers for
recruitment by top IT firms and also polished the personalities of many MBA aspirants thus helping them
secure admission in Indias top Business Schools.
Shubhadeep is an IIM Calcutta and IIT Kharagpur alumnus and has worked in consulting and advertising
domains. He has an educational sector experience of more than 5 years and currently heads the
academic team at DreamUny.

on the score of the aspirants in these tests, they would be placed in different

CREDENTIALS AND PAST PERFORMANCE
Sri Ram College of Commerce has been running an MBA program in Global Operations for the past
decade. However, over the past few years, the institution had been receiving regular feedback from the
recruiters regarding gaps in the preparation level of the students. Hence, for the first time in its history,
SRCC decided to outsource placement preparation of its final year students to the DreamUny team.
Based on initial gap analysis and diagnostic interviews, the DreamUny team designed a training program
for SRCC covering the following areas:
Group Discussions
Personal Interviews
Domain Knowledge (Technical) Sessions
Effective Use of Technology in Business Applications (MS Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
All 52 students were campus placed over a one-month period with a highest salary of 7 lakhs per annum
and an average salary of 5.5 lakhs per annum.
Jamia Hamdard University runs full time professional courses (such as MBA, B.Tech and B.Pharm) in
addition to the regular courses such as B.Sc, BUMS etc. As a result, the Universitys curriculum for
professional courses is not updated as regularly as it should be. Due to this gap, the institution was not
able to produce industry ready professionals and hence could not attract the right recruiters (resulting in
a placement percentage of around 10-15%).
To overcome this gap, the University engaged the DreamUny team and entrusted the responsibility of
making the professional course students more industry ready. After an initial gap analysis, the
DreamUny team introduced a placement preparation program in addition to the existing course
content. The program revolved around the following areas:

The key achievements of this engagement are:
Suffering from the same problems as Jamia Hamdard University, JamiaMilliaIslamia University engaged
the DreamUny team for the employability enhancement of its graduating students. The DreamUny team
ran a similar program as the one running in Jamia Hamdard University and in the first placement season
successfully placed the students who were part of the program in companies such as ITC, Lifestyle Retail
Dubai, Evalueserve, India Infoline, UTI Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management with a
maximum salary of 7 Lakhs and average salary of 3.5 Lakhs.

50% of the total payment due needs to be cleared before the commencement of the program
Any changes in project scope will be discussed with the Client, and price changes will be approved
by both the Parties in writing.
