FALSE ALARM REVIEW BOARD APPOINTMENT: Effective September 1, 2007, Bobby Ryon resigned from his position on the False Alarm Review Board. He served as a private citizen who resides in the city and represents residential property owners. Other than the Police Chief and Fire Chief, the Board members shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and City Council. Action Item 9. 2007 NEW ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE APPLICATION: Andrea Nickels is the new owner of ABNickels Inc dba Vann’s located at 135 W Hendry, fka Elrods Bar & Grill. She is applying for a new Business and Alcoholic Beverage License to sell beer, wine and liquor. Ashley Boatwright is the local manager responsible for alcohol sales. Action Item 10.
