I, Ann Bridget M. Gonzales, hereby certify that I received the amount of Php 15,300.00
only (Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Pesos only) on this day of May 26, 2017 (Friday)
released by Mr. Rogel Almie, my uncle. The amount I received is intended to be used as a
partial payment for my schools tuition fee for the school year 2017 2018 in Arellano
University. The aforementioned amount has been provided by Mr. Benjamin Gonzales (my
father) and Ms. Reyna Mallari (my mother) fully agreed with the amount to be given to me
through my uncle.
