HIRE PURCHASE DEED

This DEED OF HIRE PURCHASE executed this, the 28th day of April, 2017 BETWEEN

M/s.Kannan Motors Pvt Ltd, Mylapore, Chennai 6200001 hereinafter called the
VENDOR(which term shall mean and include all their legal heirs,executors,
representatives, assignees, etc.) of the ONE PART and Mr.Balaji, son of Sanjay, residing at
Bunglow No. 202, Kawabagh, Chatharam, Trichy hereinafter called the
PURCHASER(which term shall mean and include all their legal heirs,executors,
representatives, assignees, etc.) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the vendor is carrying on business in the sale and hire purchase of motorcycle of
various descriptions at

WHEREAS the purchaser having learnt that the vendor is selling on hire purchase terms
motorcycyles approaches the vendor to purchase on those terms.

WHEREAS the vendor and purchasers have carried out negotioations for sale and purchase
of a motorcycle and having decided to enter into this hire purchase agreement on the
following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions mutually agreed upon between the parties:

1. That the vendor shall sell a motocycle namely Hero Honda as desired by the purchaser on
hire purchase terms.

2. That the purchaser shall pay an amount of Rs. 2 lacks and shall pay the same in installment
of Rs.1 lack for a period of 15months.

3. That the purchaser shall, in the event of its desire, to own the vehicle shall excerise such an
option along with the last payment of the installment of the hire charge to enable to vendor to
convert the transcation through that of the sale.

4. The purchaser shall be permited to exercise the option to purchase if and only when all the
installments are kept paid on the due dates.

5. The vendor shall keep a true accounts of all the maounts that may be paid by the purchaser
by way of hire charges during the period of agreement with a view to adjusting the total
amount towards the value of the goods in the event of the purchaser excersing his option to
own the vehicle.

6. The purchaser shall not transfer the vehicle to any other person during the subsistence of
the hire purchase agreement.

7. The purchaser if violates any of the conditions of this agreement the hire purchase
agreement shall be terminated by the vendor in which event the vehicle is to be returned
forthwith by the purchaser.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the parties hereto have set their hands on this, the 8th day of
March, 2017.

AnnaMalai motors Chennai, vehicle bearing registration number TN 45 1234 in the name of
Raja proprietor Raja Motors LLP.
