with the technology and production conditions of work, to identify and specify in the organizational and technological documentation of their coverage. In this dangerous
zone associated with the use of lifting equipment to be determined in the design and estimate documentation (the construction project), and the rest - in the production
documentation (project work performance).
ZH.4 sanitary and domestic and industrial premises and areas for recreation of employees, as well as car and pedestrian roads should be located outside the danger
zones.
G.5 If in the process of construction (reconstruction) of buildings in dangerous zones near places move cargo cranes and buildings under construction on can get
exploited civil or industrial buildings and structures, vehicles or pedestrian ways and other places of possible location of people, you must provide solutions that prevent
occurrence of conditions there dangerous areas, including:
a) places near the load handling crane:
recommended to equip cranes additional means limited operation zone, through which zone the crane must be forcibly restricted so as to prevent the occurrence of
dangerous zones at the locations of people;
crane boom rotation speed toward the boundary of the working area should be limited to a minimum when the distance from the transported cargo to the zone boundary
less than 7 m;
moving cargo on areas located at a distance of less than 7 m from the boundary of dangerous zones, should be carried out with the use of belay devices of safety or to
prevent falling of the goods;
b) in areas near the project constructed (reconstructed) building:
on the perimeter of the building, you must install a protective screen, which has a height equal to or greater than the height of possible location of cargo, transported a
crane;
