ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System
One of the major problems faced by Industries those days are the environmental problems, where many of Industries didn’t take the environmental aspect during the design stage of the plant that result in facing many environmental problems and being subjected for closeout by the government due to environmental violations. Industries’ Environmental problems are taking more care by national and international organizations, and therefore, ISO14000 was developed as an international Environmental Management System (EMS), to be adopted by companies to achieve better environmental management. Delta gave great attention to this aspect and has consulted many Different sizes companies from different industrial chemical and medical sectors.

OHSAS 18001: 2007 occupational health and safety system
Many organizations are now looking for implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001). Although it is not a legal requirement, but it is a recognized specification that structures the implementation of an effective H & S management system. OHSAS 18001 has been developed to be compatible with the ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems standards, in order to facilitate the integration of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems by organizations, should they wish to do so. (OHSAS) specification gives requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, to enable an organization to control its OH&S risks and improve its performance.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) or ISO 22000
It is a systematic approach to be used in food production to ensure food safety. It requires hazards analysis, and the assessment of risks associated with all aspects of food production from growing to consumption. Delta conducted many projects to establish and set up the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) for a variety of food manufacturing and processing companies, our unique value added to companies’ increases food safety in all consulted companies.

Feasibility Studies
One of the most important factors when establishing any new project or introducing new product or service is to conduct a feasibility study, which will determine the feasibility of establishing such project, and therefore this study is considered to be a very critical step that will determine the destiny of the capital or investment. From there we were very careful in accepting any feasibility study projects unless we are positive of our capability to give the right results. During the previous period, our office conduct a lot of feasibility studies for clients who were able to acquire an investment loans and partnerships based on their feasibility study results. The results proved to be very accurate in later stages. Our Methodology is to conduct the status review, measuring the customer requirements and introducing the above system in parallel to necessary documentation and training.
