THROW YOURSELF INTO IT WITH ENTHUSIASM. As you summon your Attention for increasingly long durations. and complete the exercise in place where you can be alone. approach it just a little bit differently than you may have done in the past by approaching it in the following way: TOTALLY POUR YOURSELF INTO IT!
