Purpose – To interface and coordinate project planning issues (e.g., land acquisition, risk assessment, environmental, site selection,
construction, operations) primarily for:
- Outreach – Public Affairs – (b) (6) is the POC but was not available to give a status of the project.

- PF-225 Fence Project – No one was available to give a status of the project.

- RGV SBInet Project –

o TxMS EA is out for review. This IPT considers the name TxMS to still be active although Business Managers for the
El Paso Projects consider the TxMS project to now be called El Paso Phase One. For the documentation produced
thus far the name of TxMS will remain active. No one else was available to give a status of the project.
o Boeing asked the question – Does Boeing have to produce a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC)
Plan for the project ? Paddie Paterson’s answer was YES, Boeing does have to provide the document.

- Northern Border Demonstration Project –

o A synopsis of the project status was given that described the decisions made recently by management to proceed with
the project. There is a very good description of the path forward in the latest NB Demo Briefing located at: J:
Drive/Northern Border Demonstration/Reports/Briefings/NBD_01_02_08_Rev9A(2) (attached).
o I have also provided an IPT Meeting summary in the I:Drive/Working Folders/Planning and Analysis/SBInet_OBP/IPT
Meetings/Northern Border DEMO Project/Summary NB DEMO Project IPT 1-8-08 (attached).
o (b) (6) Boeing, (b) (6) has been added to the Boeing SBInet team to help with the NBDEMO
Project. (b) (6) is Project Manager at Boeing for the project.
o (b) (6) CBP – There is a possibility that “CATX-D1” will be used on the towers.
o (b) (6) Boeing - First American – A subcontractor to Boeing, is expected to provide a “first look” but nothing has
been provided to date. ACTION: A status will be provided by (b) (6) Boeing at the next IPT.

- Other Issues –
o Work Shop/Site Visits/Mission Engineering – Boeing wants to conduct a “Permitting” Workshop in person and/or via
teleconference with environmental folks present either the last week in January or the first week in February. (b)
said to make it sooner than later, preferably on a Tuesday/Wednesday or a Wednesday/Thursday because of travel.
o Boeing wants to conduct a DRAFT reglaratory(sp) training workshop prior to the “Permitting” workshop.
o (b) (6) Boeing – Work Book Database/Spread Sheet – Boeing will use any existing data in Work Book Rev 9
to input into the new spread sheet. No new data will be entered until the Database Rev 2.0 has been developed.
o Database Meeting – Tuesday January 15, 2008, on line teleconference.
o (b) (6) Boeing – Asked the question – Are there any more “new” projects starting this year? He new of six new
projects that are starting this year. No one new of any “new” projects that were starting soon.
