RE: REQUEST PERMISSION ABSENT FOR CLASS

Im Tang Ing XXXX CF150XXX from semester 2 session 2015/2016 which is student of
UQS12301 Trekking section 2. With reference to the above, with much regret, I would like to
inform that I have been absent class for 17 March 2016 which is on last Thursday.

Reasons that I absent the class is because of my elder sister is married on that day. As you are
aware, is it a respect and compulsory to attend my sisters wedding since I only the man from
among my brother and sister. I need to be there for her big day because my sister is my only
elder sister, thus I also need to be there doing all the preparations.

Another reason, is the date of married decided by my sister is too sudden. Therefore, I cannot
give notice about my accent to the class in time. I also need to consider the date, time and
transportation fee from the University campus to the airport for my flight back to my home town
where is Kuching Sarawak. I decided to buy the flight ticket on morning 17 march 2016 which
the price is affordable for me as a student with no income.
From this letter, I would like to ask forgiveness for my academic lecture, which is En Zuraini
Bin Tasri. I am very sorry for not attend during the last class and I aware the action that I did is
not responsible as a student of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. I am offering my sincere
apologies in this regard.
