Linus a. recognize and articulate medial and final sounds of long oo sound and short oo

b. read and group correctly at least 5 out of 10 words according to short oo sound
and long oo sound
Activities a.In the woods
Teacher introduces the phonemes /u:/(represented by oo)
Divide pupils into 2 groups
when teacher points to the group, the pupils will imitate the sounds of animal
(monkey,owl)
b.Read the words:
Teacher puts up flash cards on the board and introduces the words to the
pupils
Teacher reads the words, pupils listen and follow
calls a few pupils randomly to read the words
c. Find my family:
divides the pupils into groups of 3 and given a set of pictures and words
pupils cut the pictures and the words and paste them on the correct group
Linus:
Teacher guides the Linus pupils by reading the words.
Pupils listen carefully and match them to the correct sound category
