Any country’s future depends on a high quality and dynamic school education system to provide students with foundation skills, values, knowledge and understanding necessary for lifelong learning, employment and full participation in society. The purpose of school education services is to promote the overall development of children by helping them to acquire the attitudes and skills that will facilitate the success of their academic and personal journey. The purpose of elementary instructional services is to allow the overall development of students through basic learning, which will contribute to the progressive development of their autonomy and will prepare them for the level of learning required in secondary school. These services complement and reinforce the basic education received by students so that they may obtain a Secondary School Diploma or other occupational qualifications and, if applicable, pursue postsecondary studies.
