All sauces, curries, and condiments are made from scratch everyday. We use farm fresh
ingredients, hormone-free chicken, pork, and beef, and sustainably sourced seafood.

We have a mixer dedicated to making gluten-free sauces, which is covered when not in use. We
prepare on stainless steel surfaces, clear from other ingredients or contaminants. We use cooking
equipment clean of cross-contaminants.
