Welcome to SuccessFit. We absolutely believe that this will be the most life-transforming community you will be a part of for the next 5 to 10 years of your life. Why do I say 'community'? Because what you are holding is more than a program for success. It IS that, but it is so much more. It is more than a tool to get fit. It is more than a way to take control of your life and dreams. Our community is made up of car wash people, and coffee baristas, and skydivers, and workout gurus, and not-so-fit people, and pastors, and 60 year old mothers, and students, and South Africans. Is it Realistic?
If you just got on your first treadmill.well. You won't find us destroying anyone's dream. your goal should be attainable in 3-6 months.. And he accomplished it. I encourage you to do the attainable one right now.we can attain them! Nothing worse than spending a lifetime trying to get to Mars for that one push-up when all of your other. Is it the best place to start building up your faith in yourself by setting yourself up to fail right out of the gate? We can do the big dreams real soon. once you have completed Phase 4 and have written out your mini-plans for each goal. attainable goals for success and happiness could have been attained here and now. the more time you give yourself the more time it will take you. “THIS WEEK.” Is it possible? Sure. or. now is probably not the time to say “I want to be on the Olympic Marathon team this year. “I will do this THIS YEAR”. That is setting yourself up to succeed.
