INTISARI

Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari rekam medik di

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin penyakit
stroke pada tahun 2016 dari bulan januari sampai oktober terdapat 2.634
kunjungan pasien stroke yang di rawat di poli saraf RSUD Dr. H. Moch.
Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. penderita stroke sebagian besar bergantung
kepada anggota keluarga, karna kesulitan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari
hari. Oleh karna itu peran keluarga sangat penting untuk meningkatkan
kemandirian, seperti membantu dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.
Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan peran keluarga terhadap
kemandirian ADL pada pasien stroke poliklinik saraf di Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Dr. H. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan
pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien stroke,
sampel sebagian dari populasi yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling
yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner.
Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman Rank.
Hasil : Peran keluarga pada pasien stroke Yang Melakukan Kontrol dalam
kategori cukup sebanyak 51 responden (72,90 %) dan Kemandirian Activity
Daily Living pada pasien stroke Yang Melakukan Kontrol sebanyak 56
responden (80 %) mempunyai tingkat ketergantungan sedang pada aktivits
sehari- hari. Hubungan peran keluarga dengan kemandirian ADL didapatkan
nilai = 0,029 dengan nilai korelasi Spearman 0,029.
Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara peran
keluarga terhadap kemandirian Activity Daily Living pada stroke di poliklinik
saraf di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin.

ABSTRACT

Background: Based on data obtained from the medical record at General Public
Hospital Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin stroke disease in 2016 from
January to October there are 2,634 visits of stroke patients who were treated in the
poly nerve Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin General Public Hospital.
Stroke patients mostly depend on family members, because of difficulties in
performing daily activities. Therefore, the role of the family is very important to
increase the independence, such as assisting in daily activities.
Purpose: To know the relation of family role to the independence of ADL in
stroke patient of polyclinic of nerve at Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin
General Public Hospital.
Method: This research is a descriptive correlational research with cross sectional
approach. The population of the study was all stroke patients, part samples from
the population were taken by purposive sampling that is as much as 70 people.
Data collection using questionnaire method. Data analysis was done by Spearman
Rank correlation test.
Result: Family role in stroke patient Controlling in enough category as many as
51 respondents (72,90%) and Independence Activity Daily Living on stroke
patient Controlling as much as 56 respondents (80%) have moderate level of
dependence on everyday activits. Relation of family role with ADL independence
got value = 0,029 with Spearman correlation value 0,029.
Conclusions: The results showed there was a relationship between the role of the
family to the independence of Activity Daily Living on stroke in the neuropathic
policlinic at the Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin General Public Hospital.
