SUSPENSION

Gentlemen and Probationary Officer Gary S. Tuli:

Probationary Officer Gary S. Tuli is hereby suspended for a period of thirty calendar days
resulting from a violation of Rule 3.04(C) of the Rules and Regulations of the San Antonio
Police Department. This suspension shall be served from August 14, 2014 to September 12,
2014. Officer Tuli's probationary period is also extended for an additional 52 weeks. The
factual basis for this suspension is as follows:

On or about January 30, 2014, while off duty, Probationary Officer

Gary S. Tuli went with a friend to the JW Marriott Resort, located
at 23808 Resort Parkway, where they had drinks in the bar. Guests
at the hotel complained to the management of the hotel that Officer .:x:

Tuli had made unwanted advances toward them and was harassing =

them by identifying himself as a police officer and showing his
badge. Officer Tuli and his friend were identified by hotel security .

escorted off the property by Bexar County Sheriff's Department :la :::o> <

deputies after being issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and were
then given a ride by the deputies to Officer Tuli' s home.

Pursuant to Article 25, Section 5, of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, as a probationary
officer, Officer Tule has no right of appeal regarding this suspension.

A copy of this disciplinary suspension order is being filed with the Fire Fighters' and Police
Officers' Civil Service Commission.
