Engineering A: reverse engineering

1. place ring with point sticking out of it onto the small screw spot on the side of the
larger red concrete tumbler.

2. place and tighten down smallest screw given so the point is facing the center of
tumbler

3. place beige gear in the center so it interlocks with point.


4. place other red tumbler and place on top so it clicks in the center hole of the other
tumbler.

5. place and tighten screw into hole of larger tumbler until it starts to click

6. orient tumbler with tab on the bottom facing the front of the car. place in between
the two mounting points and press hard into it until it clicks tight.
7. orient translucent cap so the posts line up with the top front of the car. press down
until it clicks.

8. place big blue chassis so the wheel well lines up with the yellow body of car, with
the larger rectangular opening in the back.
9. find the parts for the gear box. place small metal bars in slots parallel with axle.

9.5.slide black plastic plate onto metal disk.


10. slide metal and plastic plate into the gear box solo the small gear lines up with the metal
bar farthest away from the wheel axle.

11. place the specific gear with the teeth pointing down in the metal bar opposite the
one with the gear already on it. make sure those same teeth are pointed downwards.

12. place normal gear in the middle metal bar with the smaller gear fused above it
facing up.

13. line up axel with big hole on the other side of gearbox. push other side of gearbox
through until it clicks together. the wheel should spin with momentum now.

14. slide wheel into other side of axel.


15. add blue caps to the sides of the wheels

16. place wheels into slots in bottom blue chassis.


17. place bottom blue plate in with the sticker towards the back, screw in all 4 screws

18. done!
